CONVOCATIO'S DAY BATCH 2017-2019
Assalamualaikum. Today i feel like 50/50 , a little bit excited and a little bit dissapointed i don't know how to explain but yah feels like paper in a crumble. Monday 29.11.2021 our convocation day and i don't think i can join 😓
I know everyone want the best in their life especially study time in a harmonious atmosphere with good friends,lecturer and everything was good but it's not for me. it's a totally mess when you have a classmate backstab you , lecturer won't to listen your explanation you need to act like nothing happend you need to be strong.
And hurt me a lot when you diagnosis have a anxiety. You have a hardest time to sleep you can't thinking like a normal, often pensive my life in studies totally mess.
I went to see a specialist for mental problems, he advised me to think positively but you know when you start to have this problem you find it difficult to think positively.
So my advise try to cut your circle with the toxic friend's ,toxic relationship and toxic enviroment. And last but not least, try to find a time to get see specialist to get their advice.
